The Jingella Estate team continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation in Australia carefully, and are committed to implementing best practices as per the government guidelines and health experts advice.
We are accepting bookings from individuals that are eligible to travel under the NSW Government Public Health Act. The following COVID-safe measures are in place to protect the wellbeing of our guests, team and community.
Our villas
- Our three villas are well spaced apart from one another on the property for your privacy and to aid social distancing
- Check-in and check-out is contactless
- Villas are ventilated and deep cleaned after every stay using effective disinfectants, particularly high-touch surfaces.
Our team
- All the Jingella Estate team are fully vaccinated, wash and sanitise their hands regularly and wear masks when required.
- Our team has been trained on COVID-19, including cleaning, social distancing, symptoms and testing.
Your booking
- If you or one of your group contracts COVID prior to your arrival, please contact us and we shall try to reschedule your booking to a mutually convenient date.
